Hongwei Wu，男，1972年生，工学博士，澳大利亚Curtin技术大学化工系高级讲师、燃料与能源利用研究中心副主任。长期从事化学工程基础科学研究，尤其是在能源转化；固体燃料清洁、高效利用；化工过程设计、分析与模拟等方面开展了有成效的研究工作。主持承担了包括澳大利亚国家研究院(ARC)、西澳大利亚州政府（WA State Government）等在内的多个纵向和横向项目，同时也是澳洲煤可持续发展研究中心（CRC for Coal in Sustainable Development）的主要研究人员。
